Transcol Grey Concrete Restoration
Micronized hydrophobic mortar designed to achieve aesthetic finishes on concrete.
Substrate
Apply to sufficiently hardened concrete surfaces.
The support must have good adhesion and stability. In case of significant degradation or cracking, it should be corrected before application using Transcol RF (Thin Rehabilitate Facades).
Application Method
The mixture can be prepared using a low-speed mixer.
Mix the contents of the 20 kg bag with approximately 7 to 8 liters of clean water until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, free from lumps.
Once mixed, it should be used within the next 10 minutes and should not be applied if the setting process has started.
Apply with a spatula or float in the necessary layers to achieve the desired finish. Each layer should be applied as soon as the previous one has dried and hardened.
Safety
It is recommended to use a dust mask to protect the respirable crystalline silica, goggles and gloves when handling the product. If there is contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not ingest.
