Transcol Color Joints
Mortar manufactured without sand for grouting ceramic tiles. Used to fill joints from 2 to 12 mm wide. Washable after the cement has fully dried.

Substrate
The pieces and their respective joints to be filled should be dry and free from any debris.
If the ceramic is absorbent or has an irregular surface, a protector should be applied.
Grouting should be done at least 24 hours after the installation of a floor or covering.
Application Method
The mixture should preferably be made mechanically, with a low-speed mechanical stirrer.
Mix the contents of the 5 kg bag with approximately 1.50 to 1.70 liters of clean water until a homogeneous, lump-free paste is obtained. Use immediately.
Spread the paste with a rubber trowel diagonally across the joints, applying firm pressure to fill the joints.
A dispensing gun can also be used, and the application is recommended in small areas. For more intense colors, pay attention to possible efflorescences if the environment is very humid or if the surface is less than 28 days old. After application, wait for solidification for 50 to 100 minutes. After setting begins, clean and smooth with a damp sponge if necessary. Once dry, excess powder should be removed dry with a cloth.
Safety
It is recommended to use a dust mask to protect the respirable crystalline silica, goggles and gloves when handling the product. If there is contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not ingest.
