Transcol Structural Concrete BC37
Pre-mixed dry structural concrete, suitable for common construction works with a compressive strength of C30/37 N/mm².
Substrate
Apply to surfaces for reinforcement filling and the execution of structural pieces.
It is suitable for filling floors, walls, manufacturing precast pieces, or casting in situ for structural elements.
Application Method
The mixture should be prepared using a mixer or concrete mixer.
Mix the contents of the 25 Kg bag with 2.20 to 2.50 liters of clean water until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is achieved.
Once mixed, the mortar should be applied immediately, without adding more water after mixing.
Apply the Transcol Structural Concrete continuously in a single uniform layer.
It should be applied at the required layer level, with thicknesses that allow complete filling of the reinforcements, ensuring full coverage.
The Transcol Structural Concrete has a curing time of 28 days.

Safety
It is recommended to use a dust mask to protect the respirable crystalline silica, goggles and gloves when handling the product. If there is contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not ingest.
