Transcol Grout
Technical mortar with high mechanical strength and excellent adhesion to concrete. Suitable for restoring the structural integrity of reinforced concrete, filling voids, leveling concrete or mortar surfaces, and sealing joints in prefabricated elements.
Substrate
To be applied on reinforced concrete, filling voids and cracks.
The substrate should not be too dry, if necessary, lightly moisten the surface 20 minutes before application.
Application Method
Mixing should be done using a low-speed mixer, between 200 and 300 rpm.
Gradually mix the contents of the 25 Kg bag with approximately 2.75 to 3 liters of clean water.
Mix for 3 minutes until a homogeneous, lump-free paste is obtained.
The product should be poured into the structure, ensuring full repair and taking advantage of the mortar’s expansive properties.
After application, smooth the surface with a trowel.
The final finish can be done at least 30 minutes after application.
Safety
It is recommended to use a dust mask to protect the respirable crystalline silica, goggles and gloves when handling the product. If there is contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not ingest.
