Transcol Micro Concrete N30
Dry concrete mortar with a compressive strength of 30 N/mm², used for the execution of compression layers on vertical walls, for structural reinforcement in masonry, stone or mixed structures.
Substrate
Apply on exterior and interior walls such as masonry, stone and adobe.
If the support is exposed to intense sunlight, lightly moisten the surface 20 minutes before application.
Application Method
The mixture can be prepared manually, using a concrete mixer or a mixing machine at low speed.
Mix the contents of the 25 Kg bag with 2.5 to 3.5 liters of clean water until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is achieved.
For mechanical application, adjust the water ratio until a homogeneous mixture with the desired consistency is obtained.
Once mixed, the mortar should be applied within the next 30 minutes; however, this may vary under adverse atmospheric conditions.
Do not apply mortar that has begun its setting process.
Apply the Micro Concrete in a single uniform layer, covering the entire wall, with a minimum thickness of 1.5 cm, up to a maximum thickness of 10 cm. Apply in thicknesses that allow full filling of reinforcements, ensuring complete coverage.
After applying the Micro Concrete, wait 24 hours before applying the finishing mortar.
The most suitable options include Transcol RF (Thin Rehabilitate Facades), Transcol Revdecor or Transcol Revtherm.

Safety
It is recommended to use a dust mask to protect the respirable crystalline silica, goggles and gloves when handling the product. If there is contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not ingest.
