Transcol Interior Grey Plaster
Dry mortar used for creating floated, troweled, and textured plasters, designed for interior wall and ceiling coatings.

Substrate
Apply on ceramic brick masonry, cement blocks and concrete.
It should be applied on a flat and regular wall, correcting it if necessary.
If the substrate is too dry, lightly moisten the surface 20 minutes before application. In specific cases, use a surface regulator and/or apply Transcol Parget for different types of substrates.
Application Method
The mixture can be prepared manually, using a concrete mixer or mixing machine.
Mix the contents of the 25 Kg bag with approximately 3.75 to 4 liters of clean water until obtaining a homogeneous, lump-free mass.
Once mixed, the mortar should be applied within the next 30 minutes, without adding more water after mixing. Spread the mortar in a uniform layer with a thickness of 15 to 20 mm.
For thicknesses greater than 20 mm, apply in two layers of similar thickness, ensuring the lower layer has already set.
After application, level the surface with a straight edge, and depending on the desired finish, use a trowel for ceramic coatings, ornamental stone, thick coatings, and/or a sponge for a smooth painting finish.
For a polished finish, apply tin paste on the substrate after the plaster has superficially hardened and dried.
The curing time for Transcol Interior Plaster is 28 days and does not replace painting.
Safety
It is recommended to use a dust mask to protect the respirable crystalline silica, goggles and gloves when handling the product. If there is contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not ingest.
